Irish Butcher is a London based design consultancy which was founded by Lindsay Pentelow (Irish) and Nadine Fleischer (German for 'butcher').

We have worked together for the past ten years at companies including The Guardian and the Victoria and Albert Museum and independently at several leading design studios.
